1. GENERALITIES

The application for the exhibition next year is accepted until November 1 of the current year. 1.10 the International exhibition of rank CACIB must be held only in enclosed spaces. 1.16. To participate in the exhibition, the Exhibitor's owner is obliged to fill in the application form. 1.18. Judging in the rings and competitions should not start earlier than the time specified in the schedule of the exhibition.
1.19. Catalogue of the exhibition of any rank must contain:
- List of judges indicating the country of residence
- List of the organizing Committee.
- Regulation on exhibition of the rank, namely, the provision, the regulation on the conduct of national Championships, the regulation on the monobreed dog show, if any, are held.
- Schedule of exhibiting dogs by breeds, days, rings and judges.

1.24. Additional lists and empty numbers are not allowed in the exhibition catalogue.
1.25. The veterinarian of the exhibition has the right to examine the dog, take tests for laboratory research as in the day of the exhibition, and within five days after its completion.
1.26. It is prohibited to enter the territory of the exhibition the sick dogs and dogs that are not declared to the exhibition
1.27. For providing false information when registering a dog for the exhibition, its owner and his dogs may be disqualified from participation in all breeding events held by the IKU.
1.28. The Exhibitor can be disqualified if he / she:
- interferes with the order of the exhibition;
- does not comply with the exhibition regulations;
- is the ring without the permission of the;
- trying to influence the expert's decision;
- allow the aggression of your dog towards other participants of the exhibition;
- unethical behavior towards the expert or other participants of the exhibition.

2. EXHIBITION CLASSES

2.1. The examination is carried out in the following classes:
baby from 3 to 6 months
puppies from 6 to 9 months,
young dogs from 15 to 18 months,
open from 15 months to 8 years,
open from 15 months to 8 years,
working from 15 months to 8 years (with 2 diplomas in training (in the system of IKU) or field tests),
winners (dogs with 2 or more certificates are allowed),
Champions (in the presence of the certificates confirming international champion or national champion),
veterans with 8 years and older.

3. GRADES, RANKS, TITLES

3.1. In all classes, except baby, puppies and juniors, can be obtained estimates:" is famously"," very well"," well","satisfactorily."Baby and puppies are evaluated: exemplary grown, properly grown, satisfactorily grown. Juniors-the highest rating " very good"
3.2. Dogs with disqualifying defects remain without evaluation.
3.3. Placement in the ring is for dogs that have received a rating of "excellent", and are defined, only the first three places, the other at the discretion of the expert.
In the puppy class only the first place in the ring is determined.

3.5. Titles:

- CACIB (candidate to international champion of beauty) - awarded only at international exhibitions bitch and dog that won in a comparative ring of the winners of young class, open, working, winners and Champions.
The reserve candidate in the international Champions of beauty can be awarded to the best male and female who took the 2nd place in the comparative ring..
- CAC (candidate in national Champions of beauty) is awarded best bitch and dog, won first place with EXCELLENT in the arrangement in classes of young, open, working, winners and Champions. The reserve candidate in national Champions of beauty is awarded to the female and the male who took the second place with an assessment PERFECTLY in arrangement in classes of young, open, working, winners and Champions.
- BOB (best of breed) is given after comparing best male and best bitch of the breed. BOB - not awarded in Junior class

At International exhibitions, at its discretion, the judge may assign the dog CAC, but not appropriate CACIB.

4. COMPARATIVE CONTESTS

4.1. The best baby or puppy breed. Males and females can look around in the same ring. In case of division rings by sex a comparison of males and females, who took first place. The winner gets the title "Best baby of breed, Best puppy of breed".
4.2. Or best baby puppy of show. Compared puppies of all breeds that have received the title of "Best baby breed", "Best puppy breed".
4.3. Best Junior of breed. Compare male and female, who took first place.
4.4. Best Junior of group of breeds. The Best juniors of breeds are compared.
4.5. The best Junior exhibition. The Best juniors of groups of breeds are compared.
4.6. The winner of the class. Dogs in classes of young, open, working, winners, and Champions are compared.
4.7. The best male and the Best bitch. Are compared separately males and females, who received the title of Winner in the classes of young, open, working, winners and Champions.
4.8. The best representative breed. The Best male and the Best female are compared.
4.9. The best representative of the group. The Best representatives of the breeds included in the group are compared.
4.9. The best dog exhibition (Best in show). The Best representatives of the groups are compared.
4.10. The best veteran of the exhibition. Veterans of all breeds in one ring are compared.
4.11. Only IKU certificates are accepted for participation in competitions.
4.11. In competitions for the title of best Junior group of breeds, the Best representative of the group of breeds is determined by three places.
4.12 In the competition for the title of Best dog of the exhibition, determined the dog of the best representatives of different breeds. The judge determines not less than from 2 to 5 best dogs, the first of which receives the title of BIS

5 CONTESTS:


5.1 At the show, contests couples, manufacturers, nurseries, competitions, events and Championships handlermm.
5.2 Part couples contest, manufacturers, nurseries are allowed when the existence of an entry in the directory. Expertise in these rings is carried out by an expert. The participants receive a diploma with indication of the place.
5.3. The competition involves dogs of the same breed (male and female) of any age who have common descendants and belong to the same owner (co-owners).
5.4. In the competition of kennels represented dogs of the same breed, any age, from the same kennel, registered in IKU.
The number of dogs one kennel must be not less than three.
5.5. The contest producers can be represented as a male, also female with their offspring.
A) the dog must be at least two descendants from each litter present. The total number of descendants - not less than four.
A smaller number of offspring can be represented, if those descendants have the title CAC,R-CAC, CACIB, R. CACIB, etc., but not less than two.

5.6. In the contest original pairs are two different breeds of dogs belonging to one owner.
5.7. In the contest "Lady with a dog" is determined by the best match of the lady and her dog.
5.8. In the competition "Child and dog" is determined by the child's ability to walk with a dog

6.EXAMINATION

6.1. Qualified experts are involved in the examination at the exhibition.
6.2. Evaluation the dog is awarded the sole expert is final and not appealable.
6.3. The expert has the right to refuse to evaluate the dog and remove it from the ring if the owner or handler behaves in an unethical, and in the case of a dog of cowardice or aggression against the expert.
6.4. The expert has the right to consult with colleagues in resolving disputes, but the final decision is made by him alone.
6.5. Dogs-made actions designed to mislead the examiner (correction of birth defects and disadvantages, the use of unacceptable chemicals, varnishes, paints, etc.) will be disqualified.
6.6. Secretaries, assistants, trainees of the ring are not eligible to exhibit dogs in the ring in which they work.
6.7. Dogs in the ring for examination are displayed on a soft collar or noose. Not allowed examination of dogs a choke chain, a muzzle, with medals on the harness.
6.8. Dogs that are late for the ring are not allowed to the examination.
6.9. The main expert Committee of the exhibition coordinates the work of experts in the rings.

7.REWARDS

7.2. Participants receive a Best in show rosette "Best in show party "
7.3. The best veteran is awarded with a valuable prize.
7.4. The best dog of the show gets the main Cup.
7.5. Additional awards and prizes can be established by the organizers of the exhibition.

8. legal Affairs


8.1. Claims for the results of the examination are not accepted.
8.2. Complaints about violation of the rules of the examination or unethical behavior of the expert are considered by the Main expert Commission, if they are filed before the end of the exhibition.
8.3. Translation of dogs listed in the catalog from one age group to another is not allowed at the exhibition.
8.4. The registration fee upon refusal of the Exhibitor from participation in the exhibition will be refunded only in cases of death of dogs, not less than 3 days prior to the opening of
8.5. The organizers undertake to hold the exhibition within the specified period. In case of civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics and other force majeure, the exhibition is not held, the money for registration is not returned.
